services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue.
4.2.2. Please consult your licensed medical provider before embarking on any health, diet, exercise, or lifestyle
change.
4.2.3. Any content provided is for educational purposes only and does not represent a personalized prescription.
4.2.4. Your health is in your hands; we trust you to take care of yourself and manage symptoms, medications, and
diagnosed disease states with your licensed healthcare team.
5. Use License. If Build Health has materials on the Site that you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the
materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and
under this license, you may not:
